Working pressure 16 kg/cm². Shell test 24 kg/cm². Seat test 18 kg/cm².

Media & temperature

Water and neutral oil, working temperature 0.6–52°C.

Testing

Tested according to EN 1074-1:2000 and EN 1074-2:2000.

Flange drilling

BS 4504 table 10/11 and 16/11; EN 1092 PN10 and PN16.

Gate valves

Resilient seated, non-rising stem.

BS 5163 type A, flanged. Body, bonnet, wedge core and handwheel in ductile iron BS 2789 500-7 / EN 1563 GJS500; wedge and seals EPDM to EN 681-1; stem stainless BS 970 420S37 13%Cr. Dimensions in mm.

BS 750.

Ductile iron body and cap to BS 2789 500-7, copper alloy outlet to BS 2874 CZ116, zinc-plated steel chain. Designed and manufactured to BS 750:1984, working pressure 16 kg/cm², water duty.
